A Real Progression Pathway
At ProActiv Hong Kong you don't get hired into a job — you join a coaching pathway. Every coach starts on the in-house ProActiv coaching course and progresses through clearly defined levels with structured training, mentoring, and pay reviews.
Coach
Foundation level. Complete the ProActiv coaching course, lead recreational classes, camps, and parties under a senior.
Senior Coach
Lead developmental classes and mentor new coaches. Specialise in an area — pre-school, recreational, or competitive.
Head Coach
Own a venue or programme. Design curricula, manage rotas, and lead coach development for your area.
Programme Director
Set the direction for ProActiv Hong Kong gymnastics or multi-sport. Lead recruitment, partnerships, and standards.
