Bring your own cake, food and extra decorations — we provide the cake stand, fridge and microwave. BYO alcohol for adults welcome (wine glasses & bottle openers provided). Please note: piñatas are not permitted at our venues.

How a 2-Hour Party Runs

  1. −15 minParents arrive to set up decorations and cake (room is ready 15 minutes before start).
  2. 0 minGuests arrive, welcome, shoes off, group warm-up with the coaches.
  3. 10 minCoach-led activity block one — gymnastics, obstacle course or themed challenge.
  4. 55 minActivity block two — team games and the birthday child's chosen favourites.
  5. 90 minCool-down, group photo, then move to the private party room for cake, food and presents.
  6. 120 minWrap-up. Please vacate within 15 minutes — we often have back-to-back parties.

Photos & consent: coaches occasionally take photos during parties for ProActiv's own records and social channels. Parents can opt out at booking. See our privacy policy for full details.

How many children can attend a ProActiv birthday party?
ProActiv birthday party packages are sized for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 24 children, ensuring every guest is comfortable and well supervised. The price is fixed for 10 pax, so smaller groups still pay the 10-pax rate. Adults are not counted in the per-child charge.
What's included in a ProActiv birthday party package?
Every party package includes 90 minutes of coach-led activities plus 30 minutes for food and photos in a private party room, a tailored party plan, expert coaches, an E-invite and E-thank-you card, party decorations and utensils, access to the microwave, fridge and water dispenser, and a free trial class for the birthday child and their guests.
How long does a ProActiv birthday party last?
ProActiv birthday parties run for a total of two hours: 90 minutes of structured coach-led activities followed by 30 minutes for cake, food and photos in a private party room.
Where can I host a ProActiv birthday party?
In Hong Kong, ProActiv birthday parties are hosted at our two dedicated ProGym facilities — ProGym Wan Chai (15/F, The Hennessy, 256 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai) and ProGym Cyberport. In Singapore, parties are held at our Katong venue (451 Joo Chiat Rd, Level 3 Katong Point, 427664).
How do I book a birthday party and pay?
Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred date and time and we'll confirm availability. Once confirmed, a non-refundable booking deposit of HK$1,000 (or SG$100 in Singapore) secures your date. Final payment is due 7 days before the party. Cancellations within one month of the date are non-refundable but can be converted into credits for our classes and camps.
Can we bring our own cake, food and decorations?
Yes — you're welcome to bring your own birthday cake, food and decorations. We provide a cake stand, fridge and microwave, plus plates, cups and cutlery. You may also BYO alcohol for adults; wine glasses and bottle openers are provided. Piñatas are not permitted at our venues.
How far in advance should I book a ProActiv birthday party?
The earlier the better — weekend slots fill quickly, especially around school holidays and end of term. We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
