A Simple Camp Checklist

A camp t-shirt and all sports equipment are provided. Lunch is not provided — please pack nutritious, easy-to-eat food.

Sports clothing, socks and trainers
Hat & refillable water bottle
Packed lunch (full-day camps) and healthy snacks

Holiday Camp FAQs

What ages are ProActiv Hong Kong holiday camps for?
Mini-Camp is for ages 2–3 (toilet-trained). Multi-Sport Camp is ages 4–14. Gymnastics Camp is ages 3–12. Specialty Camps run for ages 6–14. Children are grouped by age and ability — typically with no more than three years between the youngest and oldest in a group.
Where do Hong Kong camps run?
All Hong Kong camps run at our two purpose-built indoor ProGym facilities — ProGym Wan Chai and ProGym Cyberport. Climate-controlled venues mean camps go ahead regardless of weather.
What are the camp hours?
Standard full-day camps run 9:00am drop-off and 2:00pm pick-up. Morning and afternoon half-day options are available at most venues. Exact hours are confirmed at booking.
What should children bring to camp?
Sports clothing with socks and trainers, hat, refillable water bottle, packed lunch (lunch is not provided), healthy snacks, a change of clothes, and swimwear with goggles on swim days. ProActiv provides a camp t-shirt and all sports equipment.
What are the coach-to-child ratios?
Ratios depend on age and activity but are capped at 1:10 for younger children and 1:16 for older children. Mini-Camp is capped at 1:6. We require a minimum of 3 children to run a camp group.
What qualifications do ProActiv coaches have?
All coaches hold at minimum a degree or equivalent in a sports-related field, plus many years of experience coaching children. Every coach has completed a current First Aid course and CPR/AED certification.
Are there sibling or multi-camp discounts?
Yes — we offer both sibling discounts and multi-camp discounts. Discount codes must be applied in advance of payment, not retroactively. Contact our team to request a code.
What's your cancellation and make-up policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. If a camp day is cancelled by us (e.g. coach illness), we'll arrange a make-up session on a suitable alternative day. Hong Kong indoor camps run regardless of weather.
