School Gymnastics — Weekly Classes At Hong Kong's Leading International Schools

ProActiv's flagship after-school gymnastics programme — delivered on-site at Kellett, International Montessori, Shrewsbury and the Ladies Recreational Club. Beginner to Competitive streams, certified coaches, structured curriculum.

Our School Gymnastics programme brings the full ProGym coaching standard directly to your child's school. Certified coaches guide every gymnast through a structured curriculum focused on skill progression, safety and individual development — from first-time GymTots through to the Competitive squad. Every group is streamed by ability, every session works to a clear weekly plan, and progress is reviewed each term. Sessions run after school on partner-school campuses across Hong Kong, with on-site equipment and small consistent groups so children settle in fast and progress visibly. Sessions run at ProGym Wan Chai, ProGym Cyberport and selected Hong Kong partner schools.

Frequently asked questions

Which schools host the programme?
Kellett School (7 Lam Hing St, Kowloon Bay), International Montessori School (Phase III, Ma Hang Estate, Stanley), Shrewsbury International School (10 Shek Kok Rd, LOHAS Park) and the Ladies Recreational Club. New school partners are added each year.
Does my child need to attend the host school?
Most after-school venues are open to non-students subject to space — including Shrewsbury and IMS sessions. Ladies Recreational Club classes are booked through the club. Contact our team to confirm availability at your preferred venue.
How are children placed in a level?
Coaches assess every new gymnast in their first session and place them in the right ability stream — Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate, Advanced or Competitive. Children move up against a clear skill ladder, not at fixed dates.
Is there a pathway into Competitive gymnastics?
Yes. Children can progress from Recreational Advanced through to the Competitive squad by coach invitation. Squad athletes train multiple sessions per week and target local Hong Kong meets and selected international competitions.
How do I book?
Each school has its own booking link — Kellett, IMS and Shrewsbury via our HK bookings portal, Ladies Recreational Club via the club. Talk to our team and we'll point you to the right slot for your child.
