Rhythmic Gymnastics — Where Grace Meets Athleticism

Dance, flexibility and routines with hoop, ribbon, ball, clubs and rope — for gymnasts who love artistry, music and movement.

Rhythmic Gymnastics combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the elegance of dance. Gymnasts learn skills with the five rhythmic apparatus — hoop, ribbon, ball, clubs and rope — set to music. Our programme is led by Coach Monica M., a dedicated Rhythmic Gymnastics specialist, and is open to beginners and intermediate level gymnasts who love performing. Sessions run at ProGym Wan Chai, ProGym Cyberport and selected Hong Kong partner schools.
